Intermediate 45 - Dynamic Reformer Pilates Lucy is one of the best instructors Ive encountered at any studio. Place a little bit tricky to find, its on the ground floor of a building with lots of other offices and rooms. You need to sign in when you enter the building, but when you get to the Pilates studio there is no reception. No change rooms per say, just toilets to change in. There is a water cooler to fill up your bottle.

    Application Requirements

Only downside is that class is a bit short and so I didn't feel pushed hard enough, but I'm going to try the other Strength Sessions as well to see how these exercises vary. Gym facilities in good condition, staff very friendly. Only thing is they don't lend padlocks - at least they said there weren't any when I was there - so remember to bring your own!
